Finish and Texture: Ionic provides a balanced matte finish that preserves color saturation without chalkiness. Thanks to its self-leveling properties, each color dries to a thin and uniform finish with no brush strokes, regardless of whether it is applied in highly diluted or denser layers.
Consistency and Mixing: Ionic’s consistency and viscosity allow for excellent coverage and facilitate effortless blending and mixing of colors directly on the miniature. All colors in the range can be mixed with each other or other water soluble acrylics.
Smart Bottle: Presented in AMMO's exclusive transparent and flexible 20ml bottle, featuring a one-piece cap and dropper dispenser that is easily opened and closed with just one hand. This inovative design prevents any clogging or spills. Each bottle includes a stainless steel agitator ball.
Drying and Application: the full range has a fast drying time, while allowing enough time for comfortable blending and the creation of transparencies. Once dry, it can be covered by successive layers of acrylic paint, inks, washes, or any other modelling product. The Ionic Smart Colors Thinner can be used when airbrushing, the Thinner with Retarder provides a longer working time, facilitating wet blending directly on the miniature.
